We’re excited to announce that our award-winning VitalFit technology can now predict the fit and ergonomics of smart glasses and many other head-worn devices, including XR headsets, hearing aids, face masks, helmets, and conventional eyewear. The fit of these devices is exceptionally challenging because they must work seamlessly with our most important senses: vision and hearing.
We leverage our deep expertise in physics-based clothing fit to predict how smart glasses interact with the human head and senses. We model both “physical fit” (the mechanics of wearing) and “optical fit” (including challenges unique to near-eye displays).

We can do this at scale. By testing designs against a comprehensive matrix of human head shapes and sizes before manufacturing a single physical prototype, companies can ensure greater market readiness. The resulting fit data can also power retail recommendation systems and personalized product selection.

Our head simulation technology can be used for fit of helmets and face masks.
